UA Networks for HC Games

Question

Performance and scale of UA networks is changing fast.

If we exlude some of the basic UA network that we use to adverise our HC games (such as Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, UAC, FB, TT, SC, Ironsource) which other networks are worth of trying UA?
What about chartboost and Tapjoy? Or liftoff?

Which of the above works better for you?
