High CPMs for health and fitness: very precisely targeted audiences, vague / abstract ads, washed out color schemes, visual focus on physical objects versus people, not tying the product into common vocabulary / using esoteric terminology (eg. "intermittent energy restriction" vs. "intermittent fasting")
