What's the minimum size of a seed custom audience to create an effective Facebook lookalike audience?

The minimum source audience size is 100 people, but we tested different sizes from 1000 to 10000 and found out that for us 3000 was the sweet spot and we stick to it. Kepp in mind that the audience overlap during this test could make the difference.
